Tackle Junkie Jigs has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is received in a used condition and/or without original packaging your refund will not be processed and you will be responsible for any shipment charges back to you.
Return costs will be covered for items with damage caused by shipping, a defective item, or an order packing error.
Return costs of unwanted items are the customer's responsibility.
Taxes and Fees
Customers are responsible for payment of any provincial taxes and duties. If you refuse a parcel upon delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your return balance.
Damaged Items and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be issued a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These items include: used items, opened items, custom orders, custom painted jigs, and items on clearance (35% discount or more).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Tackle Junkie Jigs has a 5 Day Sale Guarantee on recently purchased items. If you have made a purchase on an item within 5 days of a sale, we will refund the difference onto the original payment form. Flash Sales, Black Friday Sales, and Christmas Sales are NOT included in the Sale Guarantee Policy in order to make it fair for everyone.
